As an expert, you have two possible methods of payment to choose from :
– a flat fee of €200, excluding tax, irrespective of the length of the conversation.
– a fee based on an hourly rate (excluding tax) which you yourself can propose.

You will be paid immediately by cheque or bank transfer once the TGR Research client has validated the length of the conversation.
* TGR Research reserves the right to question the proposed hourly rate, depending on the level of your professional expertise.
You will receive payment once the client has validated the length of the conversation (or within 48 hours).
TGR Research, with a share capital of €367,500, has taken all the necessary precautions and measures to ensure that the expert is paid within the 48 hours following the client’s validation of the interview.
No. TGR Network and TGR Research will never charge you fees of any kind in your capacity as an expert.
As a rule, the expert has no preparatory work to do.
The client interviews the expert very much as a journalist might.So it is the client who leads the interview, while the expert only has to answer the questions put to him/her.
The expert does not have to ask the client any questions.
The information exchanged should never be of a confidential nature.
It should be be similar to that likely to be circulated during a symposium, lecture or seminar.

Yes, you can.
Under French law, multiple job-holding is possible on principle.
However, you must ensure that your work as an expert for TGR Research is not incompatible with your salaried employment.
You must therefore not enter into competition with your employer.
You should also check that your contract of employment does not contain an exclusivity clause. If there is such a clause, you can in principle only become an expert with your employer’s prior and explicit consent.
In general terms, you can become an expert while being in salaried employment as long as you honour all the obligations specified in your contract of employment.
Yes, you can.
Unless it is forbidden or deemed incompatible in the regulations or code of ethics governing your activities, you may become a member of TGR Network while carrying on a regulated professional activity.
The work you do as an expert for TGR Research and the work you carry out as part of your regulated professional activity are separate.
You must never carry on your regulated professional activity by using the services of TGR Research or TGR Network.
You should therefore never give advice or recommendations.

No. It’s completely up to you whether you accept or turn down requests for interviews. And of course you’re also entirely free to decide when you are available for interview.
The client with whom TGR Research puts you in contact will terminate the conversation and will inform TGR Research.
TGR Research reserves the right to institute legal proceedings.
If you take part in one or more interviews as a private individual, you do not need to raise an invoice in order to receive payment.
If you take part in interviews in a professional capacity, however, you must invoice TGR Research to receive your payment.
To make life easier, you can authorize TGR Research to raise an invoice in your name and on your behalf and, in particular, to insert the Siret number (Système d’Identification du Répertoire des Etablissements), an INSEE code, which you will provide TGR Research with.
As an option, the amount invoiced need not include VAT if your turnover is less than €27,000 per annum.
