TGR Research expects the Expert to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to him/her.
Therefore, depending on his/her personal situation, the Expert may be obliged to comply with the following :
- the clauses of the contract of employment binding him/her to an employer (exclusivity clause, non-compete clause,...)
- the principles governing the organization of work within the firm usually employing him/her (non-participation in interviews at his/her place of work and during his/her contracted hours of work, without prior agreement,...) - the code of practice applicable to the regulated activity which he/she usually carries on ;
- all rules relating to concurrent employment
- the rules of confidentiality to which he/she may be subject (non-disclosure of any privileged information during Interviews,...) ;
- the rules relating to the obligation to participate in the national system governing self-employed persons in order to carry out his/her work as an Expert (membership of and subscription, as appropriate, to Urssaf and to pension and sickness benefit funds);
- all obligations to which he/she might have subscribed in whatever capacity.
